For returns Autopartner24.ee General Conditions apply.
Consumers have the right to exchange or return ordered product within 14 days. The 14 day term starts from receiving the notice that the product has arrived at parcel terminal or a post office or in the case of courier service, when the package arrives at your address.
The returned product must be undamaged, complete, unused and in the original package.
The customer will pay the cost of returning the goods.

The address for returns is Mocom OÜ, Koplipere 29, 75310 Rae, Estonia.
If You wish to cancel an order after the payment for the goods, but before delivery of the goods, please report immediately to info@autopartner24.ee. Please indicate your order number and add your contact details (name, surname, date of submission of the order, telephone number, bank account number) in the e-mail.
In case of contract withdrawal we will refund you the purchase price of the goods with the delivery charge to you no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal petition reached us. Money will be refunded to withdraw from the statement given in the current account.
The seller has the right to delay the return of the amount paid until you have returned the product or you have filed a proof of return.
