§ 1 Receipt of goods

Here you will find information about our warehouses, delivery countries and delivery methods.

§ 2 Warehouses

Goods are shipped out directly from out manufacturers' warehouses making deliveries fast and also allowing goods to be inspected in the warehouse. Warehouse locations:

• Gregor-von-Brück-Ring 1, 14822 Brück, Germany

 

Whether goods come from the Estonian or German warehouses does not affect the cost of transport or the choice of delivery method!

§ 3 Delivery times and costs

§ 4 Estonia

Due to the special situation in force in the Republic of Estonia, delivery times may be extended by 1-3 working days. Use delivery tracking to find out the exact delivery time of your order.

You will be notified of the delivery of the goods by SMS or e-mail. In the case of courier transport, a message will be sent to the phone about the approximate time of delivery. You will also be sent a link where you can change the delivery time or direct the shipment to a suitable parcel machine if necessary.

In case of delivery to a parcel machine, the door code of the parcel machine will be sent to the buyer by SMS and / or e-mail.

In some cases, it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear after the shipment has been shipped.

If the weight of the goods exceeds the weight limit of the postal companies and the weight limits of the courier companies, we will arrange a special delivery under special conditions, which we agree with the customer.
